Picudos (local), Picuales, Hojiblancos / Manzanillos and Arbequinos We are located in a region traditionally renowned for its high quality olive oil. This sets us apart from brands that acquire oils on the open market, then pack a mix of chemically refined (0% acidity) oils with a little virgin olive oil which they fraudulently mislabel as "extra virgin" We have at our disposal hundreds of acres of olive groves plus experience acquired over generations combined with exciting new technologies The olive oil process begins in the field by carefully following crop development, from the first flowers up until the ideal moment for harvest Real extra virgin olive oil = Olive juice Once harvested, the olive juice is immediately and naturally extracted, thereby guaranteeing its freshness and quality. The olive oil is then selected and classified by quality.
